My First Entry
It’s been quite some time, I contemplate with the idea of setting up a blog. It was for various reasons that made me signed for an account and one of the contributing reasons was yesterday’s event.
TP OPEN HOUSE JAM N HOP 2006
I was really looking forward to this event, to just let everything down and have fun. When the day came, I guess, the excitement died down, and to make things worst, the entire event was nothing impressive compared to last yr. From the rain, to the jams till the very last moment, I think the entire event could have been better. But nevertheless I still had fun with my love ones. Thank god, FD was there to liven up atmosphere and I extremely love the game he hosted; “Never under-estimate the power of a women” *SCREAMS* A big salute to you FD, cause I think your right. Another two items that I personally feel stole the limelight was Breakforce Crew and the human beatbox. Breakforce Crew was smooth with their slick and cerograph moves. And the Superb Human Beatbox was truly amazing, I really wonder how he does it..
After 3 hrs, finally, the moment came and soon everyone was caught grooving to the music. However, I had a hard time getting the dudes to dance at first because apparently, I think they were shy. And boy I was so wrong, because once they went into the dance floor, everyone and I really mean everyone just started going CRAZY and grooving to the music. We were about to get our momentum when the music suddenly stops and out came the mary roll song, an indication that the event was coming to an end. What a huge disappointment!! 3 songs to groove and everything were over. I swear, the organizing committee had better do some reflection on this year event and come up with something better next year. Oh well, on a lighter note, I went there to have fun and I did have fun despite everything.
Oh well, i did something terrible so before I end this, I would like to take this opportunity to apologies to the dudes for the message that i sent to them when they decided to leave halfway. I didn’t really think they would come back. And because of that, I feel extremely bad because I know Muhsin(IT) really wanted to watch that band at esplanade. A thousand and one apologies from the bottom of my heart. Till then..Tkc ppl...
